The Program

If you're looking for a fun way to get fit, Jazzercise was created for you. Blending dance cardio with Pilates, yoga, kickboxing and strength training, one 55-minute session can burn up to 600 calories. The results? Long, lean muscles and an undeniable mood boost.

OUR WEEKLY SCHEDULE

We currently have 16 classes per week available online only. By order and direction of the Provincial Health Officer all indoor group physical activities must be suspended temporarily while new guidelines are being developed. We will be reopening as soon as we are permitted to do so. Please contact us to join our online classes.
