THE PROGRAM

If you're looking for a fun way to get fit, Jazzercise was created for you. Blending dance cardio with Pilates, yoga, kickboxing and strength training, one 55-minute session can burn up to 600 calories. The results? Long, lean muscles and an undeniable mood boost.

We currently have 17 classes per week available in studio. Most of them are available online as well. You must preregister because we only have 8 spots available, and you'll need to bring your own equipment. Childminding is temporarily closed.
